Withholding Status Policy

We comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding income tax withholding. We are committed to accurately determining and withholding the appropriate amount of federal and state income taxes from employees' paychecks.

Employee Responsibilities:

Form W-4: All employees must complete a Form W-4 (Employee's Withholding Certificate) upon hire and may update it as needed. This form determines the amount of federal income tax withheld from each paycheck.

State Withholding: Employees should also complete any state-specific withholding forms required by the state in which they work.

Changes to Withholding:

Employees may change their withholding status at any time by submitting a new Form W-4 to the HR department. It's important to understand that withholding changes may have tax consequences, and employees are encouraged to seek guidance from a tax professional.

Reporting and Compliance:

We will accurately calculate and withhold the appropriate taxes, as determined by employees' withholding forms and applicable tax laws. We will submit required tax payments to the appropriate tax authorities on time.

Payday Notice Policy

We are committed to transparency and ensuring that employees are informed about their payday schedules. We follow a regular payroll schedule, and employees can expect to be paid on the following schedule:

Employees are paid "bi-Monthly" and hourly employees are paid weekly.

Direct Deposit:

Employees are encouraged to sign up for direct deposit, which allows for the secure and timely deposit of paychecks into their bank accounts. To enroll in direct deposit, please contact the HR department for the necessary forms and instructions.

Paystub Access:

Paystubs, detailing earnings, deductions, and taxes, are available to employees electronically through our payroll system. Employees will receive access instructions upon hire and can request assistance from HR if needed.

Changes to Payday:

Any changes to the payday schedule will be communicated to employees well in advance.

Reporting Pay Issues:

If you encounter any discrepancies or issues with your paycheck, please promptly report them to the HR department for resolution.

USERRA - Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act

FMLA - Family and Medical Leave Act

We are committed to complying with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and providing eligible employees with the rights and protections it affords. We recognize the importance of balancing work and family needs and are dedicated to supporting employees in their time of need.

Eligibility:

Employees who have worked for us for at least 12 months and have completed at least 1,250 hours of service during the previous 12-month period are eligible for FMLA leave.

Leave Entitlement:

Federal Minimum Wage
